Dust Control - Soil Stabilization
Dust control over the years was a “Minor” problem - just haul water, or close the windows and put on the A/C.
Today’s corporate management includes dust control as an “important” part of a construction project, property management, or surface maintenance.
Not only is dust control an environmental concern for adjacent properties, employee health, but also for liability under the E.P.A. definition of “fugitive particulate pollution”, and its ramifications for federal state, and local ordinances for its control.
Soil stabilization is a capability our product offers, in aggregate and soil placement, road construction, parking lot maintenance, or sub-surface stabilization prior to base rock installation.
“CEL” - Corn Enhanced Lignin, is the most effective, longest lasting, liquid that is 100% bio-degradable, and safe for employee handling.
Our patented “BIOBOND”, when blended at certain ratios with lignin, a natural by-product, will, through proper application methods - penetrate and control surface granular saltation, for up to two weeks. Thereafter - touch-up application may be required for continuous dust suppression and environmental quality satisfaction.
“CEL” - can be applied to surfaces being scarified from 2 to 6” in depth - soil or aggregate, in a quantity recommended, by project type, soil, or rock type, and end product expectations. Upon application - final blading and using a compacting device, the surfaces will give a rigidity of 1 ½ - 2” of asphalt.
“BIOBOND” - is a multi purpose agent, patented corn technology that we can use with other natural products - or on its own - to apply to areas that are enclosed - or requiring an “absolute” safe product for employee exposure.
Our use of BIOBOND extends to mining operations - underground poor ventilation - high particulate exposure, and when employee safety both dermal and respiratory, is number one.
Our environmentally friendly, Bio-degradable, safe to handle products are shipped in customer direct quantities as a concentrate - for greater economy, for uses in construction, mining, surface dust control, property maintenance, and stabilization.
