"Release - 55" Asphalt - Anti-Bonding Release Agent
Release - 55” - is the use name for GEO 55 - organic fluid.
The special formulation is designed for application in a ready to use format, utilizing conventional manual pump - construction sprayers or powered units.
This product is 100% organic in composition, is an anti-corrosive product, safe for equipment, the environment, and most of all employees.
“Release - 55” - can be applied to all external surfaces, in quantities sufficient to cover prior to ACC mix exposure. Due to its mastic cohesiveness, it has shown properties of re-constitution, after ACC mix is discharged, allowing for repeated loads - without re-application. *This may vary with duration of ACC mix in transport to time of discharge.
“Release - 55” - may also be used in a diluted concentration, in roller water tank use, both vibrating, but more identified with static wheeled roller release requirements.
The use of this product is relatively new, but has proven to be more effective than the current alcohol or soap agents, that are available while being completely safe for employee exposure.
Our product can be shipped in any customer direct quantity from 55 gallon drums, 250 gallon mini-bulk, to 4500 gallon truck - loads.
“Release - 55” is a D.O.T. approved product in Iowa, Illinois, and Wisconsin.
